To contact you and arrange your appointment. We do not sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.
Who sees it
Your request is emailed to the practice. This website does not store it in a database. Our website host and email provider handle it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to deal with your request, and as the law requires for patient records once you become a patient.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email the practice at enquiries@drdayal.co.za to do so. You may also complain to the Information Regulator.
